ITIL V3 Service Managers Bridge Course
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) provides a comprehensive, consistent and coherent set of best practices focused on providing value to customers in the form of services. In 2007, version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) was published, consisting of five core titles. This ITIL Refresh focuses on a lifecycle approach to IT Service Management, with greater emphasis on IT business integration. Adopting all or some elements of ITIL v3 into an organization’s IT Service Management practices can add significant value to a company’s service portfolio.

The all new ITIL® v3 Service Manager Bridge Course offers candidates a gateway to ITIL v3 certification credits. This qualification will bridge the gap between the ITIL Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management (versions 1 & 2) and the ITIL Expert in IT Service Management (version 3) status. The course addresses all of the new topics in ITIL v3 and the main differences from earlier ITIL versions. It introduces the Service Lifecycle approach and the five stages within this lifecycle:
